Join us for Transformative Self-Care, a 6-week immersive yoga workshop designed to integrate yoga, psychoeducation, and journaling into a sustainable self-care practice. Each session combines mindfulness tools, gentle movement, and guided reflection to help you nurture your mind, body, and spirit.

Group Size: 5-15 participants
Cost: $50 per session or $250 bundle for all 6 sessions
Workshop Structure
Each 90-minute session includes:

Psychoeducation: Learn how yoga and related practices impact the body and mind.

Yoga Instruction: Explore specific asanas, breathwork, and mindfulness techniques tailored to the weekly focus.

Week 1: Yoga for Stress Management

Learn to manage stress with breath techniques like Ujjayi breath. Understand how yoga philosophy (Yamas & Niyamas) supports well-being.

Week 2: Yoga for Better Sleep (Facilitator: Jacqui)

Energizing flows, including seated or chair-based options, to relieve fatigue, “text neck,” and back pain.

Discussion: Notice bodily sensations and how they anchor us to the present.

Week 4: Yoga for Digestion (Facilitator: Jacqui)
